Creativity has always been such an important part of my life. Growing up, my family taught me how to paint, draw, craft, and so much more that lead me to my current (and longest) fascination; Baking. Personally, I feel that being raised in such a creative household has made me the person that I am today and I only have my parents and my sister to thank for that.

Being in the kitchen brings me true happiness and I couldn’t imagine my life any other way. Though I do love cooking, baking is something that makes me feel accomplished at the end of the day, especially when I’ve finally nailed a recipe that I’ve had on my mind for so long. For the past four years, I have worked on my baking skills by practicing elaborate cakes, testing new recipes, and really just creating whatever comes to mind at the time. From fancy five-tiered wedding cakes to simple cookies for my family and friends, I truly do love my job each and every day.

Currently, I am a home-based baker in Raleigh, North Carolina where I sell cookie boxes across the country as well as create recipes for everyone to enjoy. With this blog, I hope to bring the love of baking to many more homes, one sweet recipe at a time. As always, I am hoping to learn as I grow and provide the best possible desserts for all of you to enjoy from the comfort of your own home.
